When we are traumatized, we always lose something.
-
Similar to grief after a death, trauma recovery involves navigating various stages.
-
The stages include denial, bargaining, depression, anger, and acceptance.
There is a real and intense process of grief when getting over past trauma. It takes time, and while a skilled therapist and supportive friends are critical for trauma recovery, a lot of the work you will do will be within yourself.
As you fight to confront and overcome the darkest memories and events in your past, you will be revisiting traumatic episodes and reliving the losses. We must examine the importance of these two words, loss, and grief, a bit more, as they are the centerpiece of your healing process and pathway back to peace.

EXCERCISING YOUR FAITH THROUGH PRAYER
HABAKKUK 2:4 NIV
Gracious Father what an awesome day to be alive: as you give us spiritual food for our bodies and souls. Never allow us to position ourselves in a state of fear. It produces attributes such as doubt, frustration, disbelief, panic,anxiety, worry.
Habakkuk is instructed to write but his choice creates an atomosphere for greater revelations. The enemy produces fear and is borne from from arrogance and pride. These attributes come before a fall. When we live by faith it equates us to righteousness. We must believe in the One who we are patterning our lives after.
Our character is defined by what we have learned from HIM and causes us to have integrity in our walk. God prepares Habakkuk and us for the future, by giving us information and revelation before it comes to pass. Now what we do with it is totally up to us. Remember He rewards those who diligently seek Him. Amen!
With many challenges this young lady was not stopped, but God was and is her source.
Romans 3:21-26 NIV
Righteousness Through Faith
21 But now apart from the law the righteousness of God has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. 22 This righteousness is given through faith in[h] Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile, 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. 25 God presented Christ as a sacrifice of atonement,[i] through the shedding of his blood—to be received by faith. He did this to demonstrate his righteousness, because in his forbearance he had left the sins committed beforehand unpunished— 26 he did it to demonstrate his righteousness at the present time, so as to be just and the one who justifies those who have faith in Jesus.

As milestones come, embrace and thank God for every step of life. Being reminded of the good the bad and the indifference, as they are all lessons to be learned. God does not yell, it is His quiet voice that we hear. But lean not to your own understanding, but seek God in all of your ways and He will direct your path. This young lady found away to create an opportunity to create a fantastic business during Covid. God gives us wisdom and with that wisdom it allows us to walk by faith, trusting in God. When we believe that all things are possible through Christ who gives us strength, there is nothing impossible.

REVELATIONS 3;20 (NIV)

Every Journey is different. We decide what direction to take, what door to go through. In these decisions to choose we determine whether we will have life in abundance.
As the waters flow so does God's love for us. He created all of us, He created everything. He created us in His image and poured His Spirit into us. Scripture tells us in Genesis 1:27-31 Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals,[a] and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”
27 So God created mankind in his own image,
in the image of God he created them;
male and female he created them.
28 God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”
29 Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. 30 And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds in the sky and all the creatures that move along the ground—everything that has the breath of life in it—I give every green plant for food.” And it was so.
31 God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning—the sixth day, and on the seventh day He rested.
